CSR Project with SMJK Chong Hwa, Kuala Lumpur
Students from SMJK Chong Hwa were recognised with certificates of appreciation at the Colours Unbound (色彩无界) Chinese painting exhibition — one of the ways we put young talent in front of an audience. As part of the same 2025 CSR project, we also donated air conditioners to the school.
Team Management Talk at Confucian Private Secondary School
Kay led a session on How to Practise Team Management (如何实践团队管理) for 尊孔独中's counselling unit, helping student leaders plan and run their activities as a team (2026).
Charity Singing Class with JCI Seremban
Invited by JCI Seremban, Kay ran the first of their charity singing classes at 恩典爱幼儿少中心 in Mantin, a free welfare home for children from vulnerable families. He shared basic vocal skills, performed live, and gave the children his own guitar so they could keep making music.
Charity Performance for M&M Foundation Ipoh
On 18 March 2023, Kay performed at a charity evening and donated RM1,000 to M&M Foundation Ipoh to help rescue stray cats and dogs. Music has long been part of how Kay gives back: from writing the English theme song for 一升之光 in 2015 to teaching charity singing classes with JCI Seremban.
Donation to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Nanthisar, Seremban
In 2020, a RM500 cash donation and rice supplies were handed over to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Nanthisar, a children's welfare home on Jalan Temiang, Seremban, that cares for orphans and children from broken families.
